One Man's Patriot is Another Man's Threat

The good news is that Lt. Cmdr. Walter Fitzpatrick was finally released from the Monroe County, TN jail yesterday at noon after being held, without being mirandized, charged arraigned [or fed, watered, or bedded] for 5 days, nearly four of them in the drunk tank, which, as some of you may know, is called that for a reason:  it’s where they throw the D & D crowd, some still inebriated, others wishing they were, and it consists of many bodies in various states of disorder, malaise and disrepair, with not much to sit on, and definitely nothing to sleep on.  The fan blows 24/7 and it’s cold in there without a blanket, jacket or shoes.

Obviously, they got the wrong person in jail

When did the word “Patriot” become a pejorative?   When did it become a dirty word, associated with persons of scurrilous intent?  When did love of Country, Constitution, Kith & Kin become a crime?   When did it become a crime to perform a Citizens’ Arrest with a warrant drawn explicitly according to Tennessee law on the subject, and the rules governing that followed to a T?  Apparently, since the current regime seized power, attributes once held in high esteem have been characterized is moral flaws at best, and criminal acts at worst.

Lt. Cmdr. Fitzpatrick is free, finally, in relatively good condition after what he endured.  His willingness to take a stand with the courage of his convictions and the law behind him are testimony to what Americans are made of, and what they can accomplish if they but forge ahead lawfully and with courage and commitment.  People like him, and Sgt. Tim Harrington, Mack Ellis, Mack Macdougal, JB Williams and so many others

But take heart, fellow Americans!  For I see, on a daily basis, a light in the tunnel, and it is NOT coming from a train heading our way, but from the vast number of brave Americans who still cherish their freedoms, rights and privileges as recognized by our Constitution.

I received this one during tonight’s show and feel it’s imperative to share with you.

This is just the beginning, Mister, Miss or Mz Law Enforcement
Officer. Soon, you and your buddies will have some difficult decisions
to make.

First, do not conflate The Constitution with the government. Honor
your Oaths to protect and defend The Constitution…or fight in
support of the government. Your Oaths are to The Constitution, not to
the politicians, political parties, or governments of any nation,
state, county or city. This concept will be difficult to grasp for
many of you, for you have become used to following orders and you have
become used to protecting your fellow LEO’s from harm that is real or
perceived. Do not violate your Oaths.

Every American, including members of the military and various and
sundry branches of the intelligence community, will have to make the
same very difficult decisions as representatives of the government’s
law enforcement agencies. For most of the last few decades, many of
you have not been representatives of the people or of The
Constitution. You have been representatives of the government and
protectors and defenders of the government, which behavior is in
direct violation of your Oaths of Office.

For a recent example of the failure of our government to remain
within its constitutional limits, when government mandates order
states, counties, cities and individuals to spend money – telling them
what they can or cannot spend – or do, say and think, The Constitution
is no longer in effect. The recent passage of the Health Care Bill is
merely further proof of this – said bill containing numerous other
rules and regulations which are obviously and patently
un-Constitutional and which have little or nothing to do with health
care. When the government orders you to impound the private property
of an American citizen or incarcerate an American citizen for failure
to comply with this un-Constitutional law, you will be in direct
violations of your Oaths.

Support the government and you support national socialism and even
Marxism. These political ideologies are in direct conflict with The
Constitution and with your own oaths of Office. Support and defend The
Constitution and you support and defend the people from their own
government. You then make a stand for freedom.

Yes, the Secret Service has already sent the local county sheriff
around to talk to me about these issues.

I’m still free…for the moment. I am no physical threat to anyone. I
have offered no threat to anyone, and I have yet to become such a
threat.

I do not envy you the decision you have to make.

Signed,
