Lots of things going on behind the scenes folks!

First, the most awesome new Youtube feature by our esteemed Diamond Tiger at

Just to get your juices running!

Then:  the Patriots Union Rollout!

On November 2, 2009 – I released I Pledge My Allegiance to the Charters of Freedom in which I announced my intentions to form an exploratory organization under the name Freedom Force USA.
That organization was originally designed to identify and make available specific strategic initiatives that the many Tea Party, 912, We the People and Town Hall patriots waking up and re-engaging in the political process – could use to reclaim control of government with their own hands.
Thousands of American patriots came forward and pledged personal bounty to the cause, many of whom have directly engaged in some of our early strategies since, with some degree of early success.
However, it quickly became clear that the original Freedom Force design was lacking in two significant areas.
Freedom Force leaders developed our plan on the assumption that the many patriotic organizations across the country could and would unify in tangible strategies. That assumption has since been proven false. Hundreds of organizations have become thousands of organizations, most of them working at odds with each other instead of together and that reality now threatens the ongoing viability of the overall patriot movement, and the November elections. The many organizations cannot and will not unify under any circumstance. Without fully unified tangible initiatives, increasing divisions within the patriot movement are making matters worse, not better.

Freedom Force was designed for “doers” more than “supporters.” Many patriots can, will and are directly engaging in real and tangible solutions. But many more will only support those efforts. Both are equally important. The people who support the soldier are as important as the soldier, for without them, the soldier is without tools and resources.
For the first time in my life, I am getting mail from people who had pledged to the effort but were frustrated that we have not allowed them to send us any money yet. In contrast to the many organizations raising tons of money with no strategy at all, we declined to accept the money pledged until we felt 100% confident that our strategies were right, tangible, measurable and doable.
We are now prepared to fully launch a real and tangible national operation that is designed to represent the 70+% of the nation that is wholly opposed to everything going on in government today.
The future of Freedom Force USA is The United States Patriots Union.
We understand that a lot of time has passed since the first patriots stepped up and pledged to Freedom Force. We understand that not everyone who believed in Freedom Force enough to pledge, will agree with the ultimate strategy that has developed into The United States Patriots Union, and that some who pledged are now in a different financial position.
Still, to have gone forward in collecting financial support before having the strategy fully together and properly vetted would have been a misguided step that we chose not to make. Now that you know why, I hope you feel better about the delays.
The United States Patriots Union was formed and stands on the following principles…

· Personal Freedom

· Individual Liberty

· State Sovereignty and Rights

· National Sovereignty and Security

· Free-Market Economics

· An unalienable Right to Life

· The US Constitution as written and ratified

· The Bill of Rights

· Our Declaration of Independence

· A right to work, earn and own

· Color Blind Justice and the Rule of Law

· A morally and ethically sound society and government

We have five primary goals at launch…

· Labor Unions

· A Broken Justice System

· The Patriots Precinct Division

· Fighting for Truth in Journalism

· A Patriots War Chest

These specific goals are targets of opportunity that directly impact the anti-American left and their power center, their leftist money machine.
We also run the most successful precinct operation in the country, having taken voting control of county after county across the country. That’s where the people’s political power is, but it MUST be done correctly to work.
A 10% strategy delivers at best a 10% result. Everywhere we have employed 100% of our strategy – we have taken control of that county. Now we have to duplicate those successes in every county across the country.
Without truth in journalism, the people will continue to make bad choices on the basis of false information. The United States Patriots Union is also launching our own one-stop news page, The Patriots News.
The justice system must be restored to an honest process available to and controlled by the people, based upon the US Constitution as the supreme law of the land.
We have very strong strategies, some of them already proven successful before full launch. There will be more once our initial objectives have been met.
To do all of this, we need millions of American Patriot members and a serious war chest to fund the effort. No one person can do what needs to be done. But together, we can and will do what must be done.
Combined, this is the reasoning behind The United States Patriots Union. We need your help! We need your support and we need those who are willing to step forward and lead, to step forward and lead.
Prepare to join The United States Patriots Union in the next few days! Basic membership is only $29.00 per year per member, so anyone can afford to be a part of the solution in America.
Those who have generously pledged much more, we ask that you choose your level of membership upon sign-up and send separate donations to the address provided.
Thank you for your commitment to a better America and your patience as we worked around the clock to develop The Patriots Union.

AND–Most CERTAINLY NOT LAST– The September 4th Freedom Ride for the Leavenworth 10 in Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, which will be attended by numerous patriots, included The Dame herself!

Leavenworth, Kansas August 9, 2010 – Multiple deployments away from loved ones, extremely hostile surroundings, difficult wartime choices; these are unimaginable situations for most Americans, but these are the realities our troops face on the battlefield.  Their courage and strength are put to the test as they defend our country, providing the freedom and safety we enjoy as Americans. At the upcoming L10 Freedom Ride in Leavenworth, KS on September 4, 2010, Congressional Candidate LTC (R) Allen West will be speaking on behalf of these soldiers.  He will be joined by the families of the imprisoned soldiers together with participants from all over the country to support the ten dedicated and decorated soldiers and Marines, coined the “Leavenworth10”.

The Leavenworth 10 includes Michael Behenna, Evan Vela Carnahan, Corey, Clagett, Raymond Girouard, John E. Hatley, William B. Hunsaker, Larry Hutchins, Michael Leahy, Joseph Mayo, and Michael P. Williams.  They survived unspeakable hardships on the battlefield only to be punished due to untenable Rules of Engagement while trying to survive a combat zone. They are now serving sentences ranging from 10 to 40 years.

This is the inaugural L10 Freedom Ride.  The goal of the ride is to raise public awareness about how soldiers are being imprisoned for killing the enemy during combat operations.  The organizers’ hope to spotlight their cases to help these men gain their freedom and return home to their families.  “We hope there will not be the need for another. However, we have discussed doing this every year until they are all out,” says Steve Gabelsberg, an organizer for the ride and rally. All contributions to the L10 Freedom Ride will cover event costs with the remaining proceeds being distributed to the L10 families for living and travel expenses as they go to Leavenworth to see their loved one. For more details about the ride or to register for the event, please visit www.L10freedomride.com.  To contact Lt. Col. Allen West for an interview about the event, contact Valentina Weis at (561) 603-8188.

ALSO, the marches on Washington August 28th and Sept. 11th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best is yet to come, folks…visit the sites…share the news…spread the links…and SHOW UP whenever possible!!

May God Bless you all, and God Bless America!

USS California, Pearl Harbor, Dec. 7, 1941In the words of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, "Today is a day that will live in infamy." And, some 68 years later, December 7th continues to stand as a bellwether for perfidy, treachery and infamy. Although the events of 911 have taken precedence in recent years, Pearl Harbor was the blueprint from which we patterned our response after 911. Thousands enlisted in our now volunteer military and a war ensued, just as it did in 1941. The difference is that THAT war--the Second World War--ended in victory after four years, while the current conflict continues, relatively unabated, after 8, with virtually no sign of ending soon.In addition, the Second World War saw men decorated for bravery in doing their job, while the current one has been known to victimize them. Audie Murphy, the most decorated soldier in WW II, killed 240 of the enemy in a stunning single handed feat and returned home to respect and admiration from his countrymen; Michael Behenna, the Pendleton 8, Evan Vila, Tim Hatley, Michael Leahy, and others already sit in jail, having been wrongfully charged and illegally tried, and now Navy SEALS Matthew McCabe, Jonathan Keefe and Julio Huertas all face similar fates for bringing in an al queda master mind who claimed that he got a fat lip when they arrested him.Things change. That is one of the immutable facts of life. However, some of the changes run so counter to not only the safety of our nation, but to simple common sense as to border on the insane.Join The Dame to welcome JB Williams tonight as we discuss his work in advocating for those brave military men who have fallen victim to political correctness, political expediency and coverup from higher up.Monday Nights at 8 EST

Well, December is officially here, and with it, the end-0f-year series of Christmas and other seasonal celebrations.  Take from it what one will, be it sacred or secular, this time of year has always held significance to humans everywhere.

And yet, amidst the flurry of activity it produces, the grave challenges we continue to face remain real.  From the politically correct attack on Christmas [See Sammy Benoit’s American Thinker piece] to the announcement, months after the commissioned recommendation from General MacChrystal to send more troops to Afghanistan, the beat goes on, and those who have fallen on the sword of political expedience must be remembered and fought for daily, irrespective of the season at hand.

Tonight’s Kicking Back With The Dame Features Band of Mothers’ Bev Perlson, who has just returned from a week in Washington, D.C. with Vicki Behenna, Jeff Lewis and members of Congress with whom they met to brief on Lt. Michael Behenna’s plight.  To date, because of nebulous politically correct, politically expedient and an unconstitutional system of Military Justice, Michael remains in Ft. Leavenworth because he was not allowed to present the evidence that would have exonerated him at his trial.  After nearly two years of tirelessly trying to get word to the American Public about this travesty of justice, we are finally making inroads, thanks to the tireless efforts of Vicki, Bev, Sgt. Tim Harrington, and so many others.

Join us tonight at 8 PM EST for the update for Michael’s case and that of other, similarly and wrongfully charged and incarcerated members of our brave military including the Pendleton 8, Lt. Col. Michael Chessani, and the Navy SEALS charged last week as a result of their capture of the master mind of the 2004 Fallujah killing and maiming of 4 members of a private security team who were guarding a catering detail there.

And, on Tuesday, Walter F. Fitzpatrick III appeared before the Monroe County, Tennessee Grand Jury to present an accusation of treason against the current pResident;

The American Grand Jury Criminal Presentments have now been hand-delivered by Process-Service to the Clerk of the United States District Court, Mr. Thomas M. Gould, Memphis, Tennessee [serve affidavit by Mac MacDougall] .

The “Affidavits of Process-Serve” can be seen here at the
American Grand Jury business website

The criminal charges of Eligibility Fraud and Treason (Barack Obama) and Conspiracy of Election Fraud (Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama) are now pending before these and numerous other Courts.

If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that both Obama and Pelosi be criminally prosecuted.

American Grand Jury is actively pursuing decisions in a number of UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS located in multiple jurisdictions: District for Columbia, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Kansas, New York, Texas, California, Arizona, Connecticut and others.

More serves will be forth coming.

Last night’s Dame Truth Radio featured Sgt. Tim Harrington, Neil B. Turner and Mack Ellis, all of whom have, with Walter Fitzpatrick, worked tirelessly to seek justice to members of our Military who have been charged with crimes and jailed for doing their duty in combat zones.

Command Racketeers:
Assault From Within”
How is it that our troops take an oath to preserve and protect our Constitution with their lives when its rights and privileges do not extend to the very people that fight for it?  This never ending conundrum and contradiction in ethical terms is being played out against its victims in the Military with increasing frequency and vengeance and unless we learn about it and speak out, it will continue to the detriment of our Military, our Constitution and our Republic.
Michael Behenna, Michael Leahy, Evan Vila, Larry Hutchins and Ray Girouard are just a few among many who have suffered at the hands of Attainder, UCMJ and political expediency.

Subject: Re: Michael Behenna

As the mother of a Son who has served 4 deployments with the 82nd Airborne, I write to you, Joshua, to request contact information, such as an email address or mailing address for Brig General Stephen Townsend. I understand from the family of Michael that the General is reviewing Michael’s case and this outrageous and harsh sentence of 25 years in prison.

This case is a tragedy and I grieve for Michael and his family. Michael’s mother and father also have served this country in their jobs and this decision has been most devastating for them. There is a petition online in support of Michael Behenna and I invite you to read the comments made on this petition. There are over 1600 signatures in less than a week!

I implore you to allow me contact information so that we can reach out to Brig Gen Townsend and fight for Michael as he fought for all of us…Michael had the love of his brothers and his country in his heart. He defended himself and killed an enemy and now he sits in jail for 25 years. Many of us regard Michael as a Hero. He killed the enemy, isn’t that what we expect our Soldiers to do, or are we suppose to try and talk to the enemy now, ask them not to kill our Soldiers. Michael would have been regarded a Hero during WWII for what he did. With decisions such as this one, I do not believe we will ever win another war. Further, if this sentence is allowed to stand, then I withdraw my support of this war and I will begin a campaign to bring our troops home to keep anymore of these brave men and women from suffering prison sentences for killing evil terrorists. If this sentence
stands, I could not look anyone in the eye and encourage them to fight for a country that treats it’s Soldiers with such little regard! I cannot tell you how my heart aches for this brave Soldier and his family.

Thank You and please supply me with contact information for the General, or feel free to forward this email onto him. Please exepedite this as my understanding is the General will be making a decision very soon.

God Bless and Watch Over All The Brave Men and Women of Our Military! With decision likes this one, they need all the help they can get!

Beverly Perlson
The Band of Mothers

There are so many of us who feel Michael Behenna’s sentence was wrong and unjust and feel it is our duty to fight for Michael’s freedom as he has fought for ours. Michael’s sentence of 25 years for defending himself and killing a known terrorist is so terribly wrong and unjust. I am aware of all the facts of this case as are many…I suggest that whoever sent him on this mission to return this terrorist to his hometown made the worst decision. What are we doing to these fine young men who volunteer to fight for all of us? Decisions like this one are a disgrace to every Soldier serving and I see no good to come of this. Michael is a Hero in the minds of so many and to send him to prison for 25 years is an outrage. Further, I do not believe the prosecution in this case was truly seeking the truth but more a “win”. Nobody wins in this case now but the terrorists. Our Soldiers are let down and I see
only two things to come out of a decision such as this: More Soldiers will be killed because they will hesitate to defend themselves for fear they will be charged with murder by the very country they volunteered to fight for; and the military will see less and less men and women willing to step up to the plate to defend this country that throws them in prison for killing the enemy! I can tell you that I will not encourage anyone to join this military, based on the Haditha cases and now this one. What troubles all of us about this case is this information from Dr. MacDonnell:

This is from Dr. MacDonnell:

“On Thursday afternoon when I heard Lt. Michael Behenna testify as to the circumstances of how the two shots were fired I could not believe how close it was to the scenario I had described to you (prosecution team consisting of Meghan Poirier, Jason Elbert, and Erwin Roberts) on Wednesday. I am sure that had I testified I would have wanted to give my reenactment so the jury could have had the option of considering how well the defendant’s story fit the physical facts. This, of course would not have been helpful to the prosecution case. However, I feel that it is quite important as possible exculpatory evidence so I hope that, in the interest of justice, you informed Mr. Zimmerman (defense counsel) of my findings. It certainly appears like Brady material to me.” Excerpted from email from Dr. Herbert MacDonell, the government’s expert witness, which was sent to the prosecution team on the day the jury deliberated and found Michael Behenna guilty of
murder. This email was forwarded on to defense counsel after the verdict. Dr. MacDonell had met with the prosecution team on Wednesday (two days before the verdict) to demonstrate his scenario of what must have happened. After hearing this the prosecution team chose not to put him on the stand. Dr. MacDonell told defense counsel as he was leaving the courtroom to catch a plane on Thursday night ‘Too bad I wasn’t allowed to testify because I would have been your best witness.’ When asked by defense counsel why that would be Dr. MacDonell explained that he was still retained by the government and so he couldn’tt say, but to ask the prosecution. On Friday morning the defense counsel asked the prosecution what exculpatory evidence they had related to Dr. MacDonell and lead prosecutor Meghan Poirier stated that they had NONE! Later that same day during closing arguments Jason Elbert and Meghan Poirier of the prosecution team argued that Lt
Behenna’s explanation of the shooting was ‘impossible’ despite knowing that their own expert witness had told them that ‘it was the only logical explanation based upon the evidence.”
My hope is that the General will show leniency and reduce this sentence. Thinking back on Lt. Calley and the My Lai incident (who was convicted of 3 murders) Lt. Calley only ended up serving 3 1/2 years under house arrest! I quote a comment that is left on an article about this case in Human events:

“I would suggest that those who believe in the Military justice system read this whole story (link below)… There is no justice there is only political expediency.. There is no statute of limitations on War Crimes. Shall we go after the greatest generation next? War is hell anger is a part of war.. you don’t send your troops into war and expect them to be ‘politically correct’ in an inhuman environment. It’s time we follow the rules of the Geneva convention. The Geneva Convention does not apply to terrorists. If not we should at least treat this generation of warriors as we did the ‘Greatest Generation’
